Product Introduction

Established in German, Deutz is one of world’s top three engine. It has very good reputation in fields of prime power supply, industrial application and long-time continuous running. Especially, it has very good starting abilities under extreme situations, like very low temperature or high altitude. For example, if you are running Deutz genset with environmental temperature of -17℃, you can start it easily, no need to install extra preheating system.
Also, Deutz has built up international after-sales network, so the spare parts are available worldwide. Besides, most of the common maintenance parts are universal, so very easy for end users to get from local source.
The other major part of the genset is alternator. This series is coupled with JUSTPOWER’S top quality 4 pole brushless synchronous alternator (adopting Stamford technology). Our alternators are using top 800 silicon steel, pure 100% copper wire, top class AVR. So when our customers choose our alternator, they can enjoy strong power, stable voltage and long lifespan. Also if customer need, we can provide other options like Stamford, Mecc alte, Marathon, etc.
For JUSTPOWER Deutz series diesel genset, our standard control system is with Smartgen digital and LCD controller. This controller can accurately monitor and record all running parameters, status and event automatically. More importantly, the controller will provide careful protection for the genset against any abnormal situation, such as low oil pressure, high water temperature, over loading, over speed, etc.
With all these smart functions, the controller operation is very user-friendly. Also we can offer other choices on request, like Deepsea, ComAp, Woodward, etc.
In addition, for JUSTPOWER Deutz diesel generators, we will upgrade all the spare parts and accessories, as well as even more strict QC process all along the production and testing, in order to offer top class generators for our customer.

16-600KW output

Water cooled: so it will run and withstand extremely hot conditions, and also enjoy longer lifespan (thanks to lower engine speed, which is only 1500RPM).

With smart controller as standard, so the end users can monitor, control and protect all parameters of the generating set easily.

Silenced 70-72dBA at 7 meters, it will have minimum effect on farm animals or home or commercial usage. (If you need even quite design, we can also make for you.)

ATS system is available, also independent ATS box with easy connecting socket is optional (very convenient for distributors to make varied stock, in order to meet market demand well.

Remote starting system is optional.

Fast connection socket is optional.

Easy to move: all generating sets are designed with holes for hanging, so it can be moved easily.

Standard fuel tank is for 8 hours operation. Bigger tank like 24 hours or 30 hours is available on request.

Customized options are available: super silent canopy, containerized canopy, trailer type, with light tower, special solution for environments like high altitude, high humidity, low temperature, high temperature, too much dust, outdoor application, etc.
